According to the Legislative Decree no.196/03, art. 13, the Customer is informed that His/Her Personal Data has been processed by Il Cordusio s.a.s. for purpose of customers management, execution of bookkeeping and fiscal obligations, internal control services and cases management. Attainment of this purpose could happen also by data communication to third party authorized to process them because they have been charged of carrying out or providing specific services strictly functional to the execution of contract, everything according to the Data Protection Code. Conferring required data, obtained because of a law obligation or because they are strictly functional to the execution of contract, is necessary and the possible refusal of providing them does not allow to carry out required operations for conclusion and execution of the contract. According to the Legislative Decree no.196/03, art. 7, the Customer shall have the right to be informed by Il Cordusio s.a.s. a) of the purpose of personal data; b) of the purpose and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; He/She shall have the right to obtain a) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purpose for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; b) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; He/She shall have the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection. |
